How much investment is required for the Travel Design service and ongoing support?

The value of our service translates into a Travel Design Fee defined based on the duration and complexity of the trip, but our method ensures that every step is shared and transparent.

After an initial, free introductory meeting, we'll develop a travel proposal: apreview of the trip designed to confirm that our vision aligns with your wishes, without yet delving into the technical details of planning. If this initial proposal doesn't convince you, you're free to not proceed further, with no obligation to us or any fee.

Only if you decide to entrust us with the creation of your trip will the detailed planning begin, which includes the payment of a consultancy fee to finalize every aspect and proceed to the actual definition of the trip.

However, thanks to our commercial partnerships, for many types of itineraries we are able to integrate the design costs directly into the final quote, allowing you to benefit from our assistance without any separate fee.

The result is always a clear proposal, designed to optimize your budget and guarantee you the best possible experience.

You can choose to settle your investment via bank transfer or PayPal Business, which also offers the option of paying in installments in three or more installments.

To facilitate balanced planning, payment is split into two installments: the first payment is made only after your approval of the proposal, to begin the final planning, while the balance is generally requested about a month before the departure date.
