The trip was designed and organized according to our requests: a mix of visits to the cities of greatest cultural interest and seaside life.

We received a comprehensive program of every service, ideal for those like us who didn't have time to dedicate to researching the necessary means of transport for our journeys: matching seats thought of the means of transport to rent with relative parking suggestions, and a relative interactive map to help us with our journeys.

The itinerary also included options for choosing locations, leaving us room for decision-making based on the time available and the moment.

The choice of accommodation was excellent, and the recommendations for typical local restaurants were faithful to our requests.

Recommended experiences include the quad bike ride on Etna and the aperitif in Marzamemi.

What made the difference was the impeccable organization and the knowledge of having constant assistance for any problem.

From the very beginning, they proved to be extremely helpful in tailoring the trip to suit us, listening to our needs and proposing solutions that truly suited our group, without "standard" packages.

During our stay, assistance was virtually non-stop: we had a contact person available 24/7, which gave us great peace of mind, especially when we had questions about travel or excursions.

The selection of activities was also well thought out: they offered us a variety of excursions to choose from, all interesting and well-organized, without ever feeling "obliged" to follow a fixed program. This allowed us to experience the island freely yet still have a structured experience.

Overall, it was a really positive experience, made even better by the fact that we didn't have to worry about anything and enjoyed the holiday from start to finish. I absolutely recommend it!
